Join us on a casual basis, and you'll have total flexibility regarding how often you work - there's no minimum number of hours you'll need to do, it's completely up to you. So it'll fit in perfectly with the rest of your life and commitments.

In terms of the processes involved, joining our bank is much the same as applying for a permanent role. It also calls for the same skills and experience - all our people, without exception, meet the same high standards. Then, once you've successfully passed the interview and the relevant background checks, you'll become part of our friendly team. After that, it's quite simple. You'll advise us when you'd like to work - maybe you're just free on weekends, evenings or during school holidays. Then we'll get in touch to let you know when suitable shifts are available. You don't have to accept them, and there's no obligation - just say yes to the shifts that are convenient for you. And whatever work you do for us, we'll pay you on an hourly rate basis.
