    Full time, Permanent Monday to Friday

    8.30am - 5pm / 9am - 5.30pm Shift rota

    Care UK is the fifth largest Care provider in the UK and we are looking for passionate, personable and empathetic customer service professional to join the our Hub team at our head office. The Hub team offers a wide range of support to the business and are dedicated in offering a first class customer service as well as answering inbound queries and external calls to obtain information about our services and care homes. This is a great opportunity to join a company who are continuously developing and successfully evolving. Our recent achievements include opening 31 homes in the last five years with a further 26 homes due to open in the next three years taking our portfolio to over 130 homes. 

    This role primarily sits within the inbound calls team. You will recieve between 20/30 inbound calls per day. You will give information about our services and care homes to potential residents / their families and arrange for their next steps in moving forwards to becoming residents with Care UK. A fantastic route into business development or customer service roles.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Answer inbound calls and arrange for visits to our homes where applicable
    • Taking callers through the first steps in finding care for themselves or for a loved one.
    • Use initiative to resolve issues when possible or escalate to relevant teams within the company
    • Work towards KPIS and help achieved team targets (conversion rates are around 63%)

     

    Ideal attributes:

     

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Experience in a call centre or customer service centre is ideal but not essential
    • The ability to be empathetic
    • Good attention to detail
    • Experience of working in a team environment
    • Experience working towards KPIS and target driven
    • A positive can do attitude.
