    Job Summary:

    The Hub is a critical component of the Central Operations function and is based at the Colchester office. Their purpose is to provide front line support and query resolution to both internal and external customers.  Excellent customer service skills and making professional 1st impressions  are all key to this role as well as the ability to multi-task and to adapt quickly to different situations.

    Reception provides a professional, great and friendly service to key customers,  in terms of query resolution i.e. telephone, email, reception duties, admin and reporting whilst providing and empathic and caring service to external customers looking for care for a loved one, or those needing to provide feedback or wishing to make a complaint. This includes key internal customer such as Operations, Marketing, Quality Governance, HR and Finance.

    They are responsible for achieving agreed individual and team targets and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst building strong relationships with all care home contacts. The primary responsibility is to support our Care Home Managers enabling them to deliver a first class service to the residents in their care.  They will need to do this by building excellent relationships and showing the highest degree of empathy with both internal and external customers.

    Key Accountabilities:

    Accountable for understanding both the company and the team vision
    To have in depth knowledge of all the Care UK care home estate
    For showing empathy and understanding on every call, email, intranet response and having the ability to put themselves in the ‘customer shoes’ – delivering customer service excellence
    For resolving issues within agreed SLAs
    For accurate data logging
    For building great relationships across the business
    For delivering excellent customer service
