    12 month Fixed Term Contract

    Full time, 37.5 hours per week

    Covering South UK

    Exciting opportunity with a purpose much bigger than selling products, this role has a key emphasis on customer service – our residents are at the heart of what we do and our mission is to ensure their lives are as fulfilled as possible. You will take responsibility for measuring customer experience through managing a large ambitious team, monitoring and encouraging the sales process.

    You would be key in shaping the sales strategy to drive commercial outcomes for our rapidly expanding organisation in order to achieve budgeted occupancy levels. You will bring a whole new level of passion to this role with a results driven approach and be willing to go the extra mile to drive outcomes.

    The purpose of the role is, and not limited to:

    • Deliver sales strategy across a regional RCS portfolio of over 50 homes
    • Develop and support the delivery of local and regional sales plans to exceed budgeted occupancy
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive commissioning of beds with Care UK
    • Track performance of individuals and homes against set key performance indicators (KPI’s)
    • Develop and coach the Sales Exec/Customer Relations Manager team and Home Managers to deliver a customer experience which will drive increased occupancy and Average Weekly Fee (AWF)
    • Oversee the delivery of training and coaching which will drive improved sales performance
    • Evaluate and report sales effectiveness to the Operations Director
    • Work with the Marketing Director to develop a national sales strategy
    • Oversee the delivery of new starter induction training for CRM team
    • Liaise with commissioning team to deliver new home sales plans through pre-sales and launch

    Criteria

    • Proven ability to drive sales teams to success and increase revenue
    • Skilled leader and influencer
    • Strong team management experience with the ability to develop a team through experience and sales methodology
    • Excellent networking and communication skills on all levels
    • Willingness to travel to meet demands of the business
    • Background in the care industry is highly desirable but not essential, in a service related industry is essential, so long as you have a good understanding of care homes and a customer centric approach
