    Care UK have a fantastic opportunity to join us in this new role due to expansion. The role is responsible for ensuring that recruitment processes are being managed effectively across a number of homes in a specific region. You’ll ensure best practice recruitment in accordance with Care UK recruitment policies and procedures and provide support and guidance to hiring managers and candidates alike.

     

    You’ll support with the whole recruitment process includes candidate attraction through to on-boarding and start date/induction arrangements. You’ll ensure the candidate pipeline is maintained to fill vacancies in the homes as required, and that the candidate experience is a positive and engaging one.
