    Salary: Highly competitive, plus £4,000 car allowance

     

    Care UK have a fantastic opportunity for an established Business Administrator to take the step into a regional role. Reporting directly to our Operations Director, you will prove support and guidance to our Business Administrators based within our homes, who are ultimately responsible for supporting the home from HR/compliance from a recruitment perspective to financial administrative duties.

     

    Although not having direct line management responsibility, you’ll be integral to the success of the Business Administrators roles, ensuring that information is recorded consistently in a timely and accurate manner, whilst being responsible for ensuring the work of our Business Administrators is up to date and efficient. You’ll resolve any training needs and ensure a smooth induction of our Business Administrators, whilst supporting any homes where necessary in the absence of a Business Administrator. You’ll oversee the hours of our staff is correct when being sent over to payroll, and deal efficiently with enquiries raised by residents and families.

     

    This role is integral to our business success and has great exposure. You’ll have excellent communication skills, significant experience in a Business Administrator role, ideally within a residential home, but other settings will be considered.
