Learning Management System Coordinator
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours/week
Salary: Depending on experience
Care UK Residential Care Services (RCS) are recruiting a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and positive Learning and Development team. You’ll support our e-learning system and all learning and development administrative activity whilst being responsible for maintenance and system updates/improvements to meet business needs.
You’ll create reports, track attendance at training events and produce data which supports internal communication around the RCS training provision. You’ll will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to continuously improve the functionality of the eLearning system and how it is used to communicate both compliance and development throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a ‘can do’ strong administrator and able to pick up new skills easily. An interest in system development and management would be highly desirable, but organisational and communication skills will be paramount.
Care UK is a leading, innovative provider of health and social care services in the UK. The Residential Care division provides care and supports to over 7000 residents suffering from dementia and related conditions in 120 Care homes across the UK. The division has grown rapidly, making significant investment in enhanced facilities and new Care Homes. Our recent achievements have included opening 31 homes in the last five years, with plans to open on average 8 homes per year.
- Experience in an administrative role is essential
- Experience in an HR/L&D administrative role is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pick up new tasks and adapt
- Highly organised and ability to work off own initiative
- Interest in HR systems is highly advantageous
