Care UK have a fantastic opportunity to join us in this new role due to expansion as Recruitment Coordinator. You’ll take the lead in engaging in local recruitment activity and ensuring recruitment processes are being managed effectively within the care home/s you are allocated.
You’ll drive best practice recruitment in accordance with Care UK recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring a robust recruitment process is followed in an effective and efficient manner and support the recruitment activity required to meet the demands of the business.
The recruitment process includes local candidate attraction through to on-boarding and start date/induction arrangements. You’ll assist in ensuring the candidate pipeline is maintained to fill vacancies in the homes as required and that the candidate experience is a smooth and positive one.

- Experience working within a recruitment and / or care home business administration role
- Experience processing candidate applicants and understanding of an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Harbour
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to build relationships and rapport with colleagues
