    Contract: Fixed term Contract 6 months

    Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

    Base: Field Based – To cover Care UK North (Stretching from Suffolk, Norwich and Essex to Aberdeen and Berkshire)

    Salary: Depending on experience, plus car allowance


    Fantastic secondment opportunity for an established Customer Relations Manager/Sales Trainer to make a step into our Sales Training Manager role. Reporting to our Sales and Development Manager, the successful candidate will have experience in delivering sales training at various levels, ideally within the care sector.

    This role will be responsible for identifying sales and training opportunities across the business and coach individuals and teams to help Care UK achieve its overall sales targets.

    The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and presenter in order to deliver presentations to large groups and adapt the approach and content to Home Managers through to Care Assistants.

    • Experience in a training role, or delivering sales training as part of a previous role, and delivering group sessions as well as 1:1 coaching
    • Strong understanding of the care industry
    • Ability to adapt and deliver suitable content to varied audiences
    • Well organised, flexible in approach
    • A training qualification is desirable but not essential
    • Experience in the care industry is desirable but not essential
