    ACCOUNTABLE TO: Head of Resourcing

    Job Summary

    The sucessful candidate will work as part of the recruitment team and the wider HR function to promote Care UK as a market leading employer. This will include managing all social media platforms, monitoring competitor marketing activity, giving creative input into the employee branding, and working with our homes to gather and create relevant content.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the Care UK Careers social media platforms on a daily basis.
    • Play a key role in creating a long term employer brand strategy
    • Gather and create content , this will involve communicating with staff in the home and individual resourcing advisors
    • Work with an external agency to book digital marketing campaigns
    • Encourage social media ambassadors within the homes, providing advice and encouragement.
    • Manage all incoming enquiries through digital channels including a dedicated recruitment inbox, social media platforms and ensure they are responded to within the set SLA.
    • Provide adhoc administrative support and advice to support the resourcing advisors on more localised campaigns for their individual homes.
