You’re a caring, fun-loving person with a passion for helping older people stay fit, active and independent. You’re an excellent motivator and an inspiring leader. And you’re good at building friendships – so you can get to know residents and create tailored activity plans based on their individual interests and ability. Most of all, you recognise what a vital role activity and exercise can play in the physical and mental well-being of older people. You’re willing to go the extra mile with your team to make a big difference to our residents’ lives.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you’ll lead a small team of lifestyle co-ordinators. You’ll work closely with your team to create interesting, tailored activity plans for every resident. You’ll take time to get to know residents and their relatives – to find out which activities or hobbies they find stimulating. You’ll also be responsible for organising outside trips for residents and involving the wider community in the home. It’s a hugely varied role that’s both challenging and rewarding. With quality training and lots of support, we’ll help you make a big success of it.
As Lifestyle Lead at Care UK, you can look forward to:
∙ Competitive pay – we pay more than the average

∙ Quality training to develop your skills
∙ Flexible hours
∙ Stakeholder pension
∙ Childcare vouchers
