Care UK are rapidly growing and due to successful business growth, we have a great opportunity for a financial specialist to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team as a Financial and Analysis Analyst.

    The Analyst we are looking for will be looking to build a career in financial analyst who can positively impact business performance through supporting all aspects of the financial planning cycle and drive positive action by delivering critical business insight. Working with a friendly and professional team of four, this is a great opportunity to join a company that can not only offer a good challenge but also great career prospects.

    A large part of the role entails planning and reporting on both a monthly and annual basis. As a result the successful candidate will be involved in developing models that can be used and interpreted for all levels of the organisation. Not only that, you will also be required to present and communicate your analysis to other departments in the business so the ability to simplify and summarise is key. From such analysis you may also be required to support other functions in producing their budgets and reports. 

    In this role you will also be required to conduct critical assessment of investment outcomes, presenting your findings and making suggestions to senior management. As a result you will need to continue to identify risks or opportunities and be able to influence debate and subsequent action.
